| Delivery Schedule & Termination | For Standard and Pro plans, the service is provided continuously, while for One-Time plan, it is provided within 5 business days of receipt of the invoice amount. The service fee includes those bugfixes that can be completed within the time frame of the service plan. We can perform bugfixes beyond this for an additional fee, on an hourly basis. |
| Annual Payment Discount | We provide the Standard and Pro website maintenance plans with a 20% discount when paying annually. In this case, you pay the service fee in one lump sum annually, in advance, and the service cannot be terminated during the year with ordinary notice, only if you pay the discount retroactively for the fee for services already performed. |
| Order Content | If you order our services, the order applies only to the services included. We can fulfill all your requests that differ from the offer to the best of our ability, but we will accept them based on a new proposal, as a new order, for the price and under the conditions specified in the new proposal. |
