| Services Included | We provide the services included in the selected Search Engine / LMM Optimization plan continuously during the service period. |

| Service Duration & Termination | You order the Search Engine / LMM Optimization service for a fixed period of time included in the plan, which is changed to an indefinite period after the expiry of the fixed period. The monthly fees according to the ordered plan are invoiced monthly, while any one-time fees that may arise are invoiced immediately after fulfillment. You cannot terminate the service with ordinary notice during the fixed period, as the time included in the package is required for the results to appear. During the indefinite period, the service can be terminated by either of us with 30 days' notice, in writing, or by e-mail. |
| Order Content | If you order our services, the order applies only to the services included. We can fulfill all your requests that differ from the offer to the best of our ability, but we will accept them based on a new proposal, as a new order, for the price and under the conditions specified in the new proposal. |
